Mercer is seeking a Pension and Investment Market Analyst to join its Wealth Consulting Team in Warsaw. This hybrid role involves providing analytical and project management support for pension consulting projects, conducting market research, managing project tasks, and supporting sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in capital investments or economics, strong analytical skills, and an interest in Polish investment and pension markets, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
Must have:
  • Provide analytical and project management support for pension consulting projects
  • Deliver effective market research and analysis
  • Manage daily project tasks including preparation of pension scheme contracts, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support consultants in sales activities and prepare informational materials for clients and their employees
  • Update internal databases and provide administrative support following Mercer’s internal procedures
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams as needed
  • MA or BA degree (preferably in Capital Investments, Capital Markets, or Economics) or be in the final year of study
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience
  • Interest or practical knowledge of trends in Polish investment and pension markets
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex business data and present clear conclusions and recommendations
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently and in virtual teams
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
