Job Description

Lead marketing and attribution analysis, partnering with the GTM Asia Team to drive performance and brand media marketing. Optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives, staying updated on new tools and market trends for growth opportunities. Communicate key insights from campaign performance to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations.
Must have:
  • Lead analysis on marketing and attribution.
  • Partner with GTM Asia Team for performance and brand media marketing.
  • Optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives.
  • Stay informed regarding new tools, partners, tactics, and market trends.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and make recommendations from campaign performance insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge in marketing and attribution analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (Performance Marketing Specialist or similar).
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution providers (Adjust, Appsflyer) and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
  • Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Mandatory command of spoken and written English and Korean.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge in marketing and attribution analysis
  • 5+ years of proven experience in the digital marketing field in the capacity of a Performance Marketing Specialist or a similar position
  • Familiarities with mobile attribution providers (i.e Adjust, Appsflyer), ad platforms (i.e. Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and key metrics
  • Strong analytics skills and a data-driven mindset
  • A good command of spoken and written English and Korean is mandatory
