Job Description
This role involves designing core user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) tailored to users and service characteristics, collaborating closely with PMs and developers for rapid implementation. The Senior Product Designer will define and lead solutions for design problems based on user feedback and data, contributing to the organization's design capabilities through active collaboration. Candidates should have experience across various service stages and platforms, structural UX design, and data-driven product improvement.
Good To Have:
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience with social or community-based products
- Experience in a leadership role (regardless of organization size)
Must Have:
- Experience with services at various stages (MVP to renewal)
- Experience implementing services on diverse platforms (mobile app, web, PC web)
- Ability to design structural UX considering various user scenarios
- Experience interpreting user behavior data for product improvement
- Familiarity with a self-directed, fast-execution squad culture
Responsibilities

- Contribute to improving the organization's design capabilities through active collaboration with fellow designers and support for design growth.
Requirements
- Experience with services at various stages, from the MVP phase of new services to the renewal of older services.
- Experience implementing services on various platforms, including mobile apps, mobile web, and PC web.
- Ability to design structural UX considering various user scenarios.
- Experience organizing and interpreting user behavior data, and connecting it to actual product improvements.
- Familiarity with a self-directed, fast-execution-oriented squad culture.
Preferred
- 8+ years of product design experience.
- Experience with social or community-based products.
- Experience in a leadership role (regardless of organization size).
