Performance Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Supervisor to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated digital strategies for our clients, with a focus on performance campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital strategy of assigned brands, coordinating multi-channel actions.
• Supervise the correct execution and optimization of campaigns, ensuring compliance with KPIs and business objectives.
• Work together with planners, creatives, data, and performance teams, strengthening integrated proposals.
• Present reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Identify digital innovation opportunities, proposing new platforms, formats, and relevant trends.
• Supervise and support the team of digital executives and planners in their professional development.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in media or digital agencies, leading performance campaigns.
• Experience in the role leading a team of people.
• Advanced knowledge in digital media tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, among others.
• Ability to lead presentations and interact with high-level clients.
• Analytical profile, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI).
