Must Have:

Lead operations for cloud and data center-based PLM platforms.
Set up PLM platforms compliant with Valeo standards.
Ensure scalability, integrity, and consistency of PLM platforms.
Implement monitoring for COE PLM applications.
Supervise production platforms linked to COE.
Define KPIs and ensure SLA compliance.
Estimate, monitor, and optimize PLM platform costs (FinOps).
Support and promote IS standards and security compliance.
Contribute to end-to-end architectural consistency of central systems.
Implement new standard frameworks (CI/CD, Generative Design).
Provide architectural guidelines for Cloud/hybrid initiatives.
Support evaluation of DSIS R&D partners/service providers.
Perform technology watch and roadmap follow-up with providers.
Present and promote PLM ecosystem roadmap in meetings.
Ensure 24/7 operational organization.

He/She is responsible for the following activities:

General

Lead the operations of cloud-based and data center-based PLM platforms and solutions.
Set up PLM platforms in compliance with Valeo's standards and strategy.
Ensure the scalability, integrity, and consistency of all PLM platforms in accordance with R&D requirements and budgets.
Implement monitoring of COE PLM applications in compliance with Valeo's DSIS and IT standards.
Lead organizations to supervise production platforms linked to the COE (GISOCC, Valeo, IS sites, and external partners...).
Define KPIs with the PLM domain manager or the CoE Mechatronics director.
Control, monitor, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Estimate, monitor, and optimize the costs of PLM platforms (FinOps).

Support and promote the application of IS standards, methodologies, and security compliance, namely:
Group IS standards and methodologies (ISPM, Red Alert, ISQC, LLC).
Compliance of PLM platforms with Valeo IS cybersecurity standards (Tisax, ISO).

Contribute to the end-to-end architectural consistency of central systems:
Implement new standard frameworks (e.g., CI/CD, Generative Design, etc.).
Provide required architectural guidelines for DSIS/IT and R&D Cloud/hybrid initiatives.
In close collaboration with cybersecurity, support the evaluation of DSIS R&D partners/service providers.

Governance, meetings

Technology watch and roadmap follow-up with software and Cloud service providers.
Meetings with business representatives and IT to present and promote the PLM ecosystem roadmap.
Be attentive and communicate easily to create constructive collaboration with all teams.
