POST OFFICE MANAGER / ASSISTANT - LONG AN

Job Description

• Manage shippers in the station area according to company KPI criteria;
• Coordinate goods delivery between delivery staff and drivers, hand over goods to delivery staff.
• Supervise shippers: ensure shippers complete delivery routes on time;
• Support shippers and handle incidents during delivery;
• Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system;
• Count goods according to records or on the system;
• Supervise goods delivered during the day, ensuring goods are delivered to customers, no inventory backlog;
• Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage;
• Manage equipment, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Basic office IT skills
• Experience in a similar position in the transportation industry is an advantage.

Probation: Probation: 2 months (full salary)

Working hours: Working hours: Monday - Saturday (7 AM - 6 PM)
