Pricing Analyst 9517 - Pricing Analysis - Data Reporting - Salesforce / Oracle CPQ

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our growing Global Pricing and Deal Desk team!  In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing pricing analysis that drives profitability and competitive positioning.  You will review and analyze deal and discount data to support pricing initiatives and inquiries, and work closely with Sales Ops, Finance, Data Analytics, IT, and other teams to drive pricing analysis, documentation, and implementation.

• Review and analyze pricing data to support the development and optimization of Deal Desk discount guidance and processes

• Conduct pricing analysis for new products, promotional offers, pricing programs, and specific deals to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.

• Gather needed data for analysis from internal Tableau dashboards and finance tools. Create and run relevant SFDC reports.  

• Work with IT, Sales Ops, and other teams to implement pricing policies and processes.

• Create and update pricing documentation, including regional promotions and special pricing, upgrade and migration guides, and pricing policies.

• Prepare reports and dashboards on pricing trends, discount performance, and Deal Desk execution, identifying potential areas for improvement and future opportunities.

• Update and prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and Deal Desk information sessions.

• 8+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or similar role.

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Proficient in quoting workflows, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle CPQ.

• Ability to learn, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a high-volume environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Data Analytics, and IT teams.

• Experience in mid-sized or large enterprise IT or technology companies.
