You will drive strategic customer relationships, identify new revenue opportunities, lead negotiations, collaborate with various teams, act as an advisor, mentor team members, and represent Sabre externally. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of the travel technology landscape to deliver impactful results at an enterprise level.
Must Have:

As a trusted advisor to key customers, you will influence business decisions, optimize sales strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver transformative solutions.

About the Team:

The Agency Sales team at Sabre is dedicated to strengthening partnerships with OTAs, TMCs, and independent agencies to drive growth in our GDS (Global Distribution System) business. By equipping travel agencies with cutting-edge tools and valuable insights, we empower them to maximize their potential and enhance operational efficiency. Our team is focused on increasing the adoption of Sabre’s booking solutions, expanding our presence in the travel retail sector, and delivering technology-driven solutions that create meaningful value for our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met through tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by aligning Sabre’s technology and services with customer goals.
  • Lead complex negotiations and close deals that drive long-term success for Sabre and its partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights and market trends to inform customer strategies.
  • Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices, industry knowledge, and strategic guidance.
  • Represent Sabre externally, delivering compelling presentations that showcase our technology and value proposition.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in travel technology sector, ideally with knowledge of GDS ecosystem and API based solutions.
  • A strong track record of building customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously while influencing stakeholders and driving cross-team collaboration.
  • An understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, and how Sabre’s solutions create impact.
