Job Description
As a Principal Software Engineer at Prodigious Latin America, you will collaborate with Creative, Business, Technology, and QA teams to ensure functional and high-performing technology solutions. Key responsibilities include owning the development of subsystems, adhering to established architecture and design principles, implementing user and business requirements across multiple development activities and subsystems, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. You will also debug complex issues, provide feedback on policies and procedures, perform code reviews, and enforce coding guidelines. The role requires advanced English proficiency and experience with MVC.NET, SQL Server, Git, and unit testing. Experience with SQL Server database design, optimization, and dependency injection (Java/Spring/Microservices) is a plus.

Job Description
- Work closely with Creative, Business, Technology and QA teams to ensure the technology will be functional and meet performance targets
- Own the development of sub-systems and ensure they follow the established technical architecture and design
- Implement user and business requirements which are composed of multiple development activities or touch various sub-systems
- Maintain concise and clear documentation on projects as dictated by each capabilitiess guidelines and best practices
- Debug complex issues in existing software applications
- Provide proactive feedback on policies and procedures when an opportunity for improvement exists
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding guidelines and best practice
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- English Advanced is a must (B2 or higher)
- Knowledge of MVC.NET, SQL Server
- Knowledge of Git
- Experience in Unit Test development
- Experience in SQL Server database design and execution plan optimization
- Experience in Dependency Injection
- Java/Spring/Microservices is nice to have.
