As our products continue to advance in their respective spaces, we are looking to add an additional Product Designer to our growing creative team! You will be working across our Stake and Kick products, with a focus on UX research and interaction design. 

Your role with us:

You will be joining our expanding design team as a Product Designer which currently compromises of 20 designers from backgrounds in motion, UX/UI, product, graphic and design systems. You will bring your expertise in Product Design, with a specialisation in UX Research and interaction design. 

Your designs will help shape the user experience of our products. Through your ability to create wireframes and develop them into prototypes, your contributions will directly impact the way our users interact with and benefit from our products, providing a sense of purpose and fulfilment.

You will join passionate and talented team of individuals who value collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity. Your ideas will be heard, and your perspective will be crucial in shaping the future of our products. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design but have plenty of support from the Chief Product Officer, and the rest of the design team!

What you will do: (Role & responsibilities) 

  • Conduct user research/usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of our target audience to inform design decisions.
  • Analyse data and gather insights to shape intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Create and develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate their functionality and allowing for iterative testing and refinement.
  • Define and document design components and patterns for consistent and scalable application across different platforms using Figma.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that design decisions are rooted in user needs and business objectives.
  • Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and creative design culture.
  • Utilise best practices in UX design, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What you will bring: (our expectations for the role) 

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on interaction and UX design
  • An extensive portfolio demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful and user-centered designs
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience with designing for platform-specific apps such as iOS and Android is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar
  • Sports, Crypto or Gambling knowledge would be advantageous
