We’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator who’s passionate about building and maintaining the systems that keep a modern business moving. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our internal tools, infrastructure, and devices are secure, reliable, and always running at their best.

Your role with us:

Your role with us will be to ensure our internal systems, tools, and infrastructure are running securely, reliably, and efficiently — forming the foundation that supports our fast-moving teams.

You’ll manage and improve our SaaS ecosystem, MDM platforms, and identity and access workflows, taking ownership of system configurations, backend automation, and technical support at the highest level. From leading rollouts of new tools to resolving complex escalations, your day-to-day will be diverse and hands-on.

You’ll collaborate with IT Support, Security, Project Management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, well-integrated solutions and you’ll be a key contributor to projects that help evolve and strengthen our IT environment. You’ll report directly to our IT Manager as part of a high-impact, solutions-driven team.

What you will do:

• Manage and maintain our SaaS ecosystem — including Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, JSM, and Confluence — ensuring tools are well-configured, licensed, and running smoothly
• Own and improve MDM processes using platforms like FleetDM or Intune, including device onboarding, policy management, and endpoint compliance
• Lead or contribute to IT infrastructure and SaaS-related projects — from scoping and implementation through to optimisation
• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for technical support, helping to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools like Python, PowerShell, Bash, Zapier, or Tines to improve internal efficiency
• Manage identity and access workflows across systems, ensuring secure practices through SAML, SCIM, and 2FA integrations
• Maintain accurate, user-friendly documentation and knowledge base content to support the broader IT team and business
• Collaborate with IT Support, Security, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the reliability, security, and usability of our internal systems

What you will bring:

• You’ve spent 5+ years in Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer roles, growing your expertise and taking on increasing responsibility.
• You’re hands-on with modern workplace tools — think Google Workspace, Slack, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence) — and know how to keep them running smoothly.
• You’ve worked with MDM platforms like FleetDM or Intune, and you’re confident in managing device onboarding, policy deployment, and endpoint compliance.
• Identity and access management is your bread and butter — from 2FA and SAML to SCIM integrations, you understand how to keep systems secure without slowing teams down.
• You’re comfortable working with REST APIs and have some scripting skills under your belt (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), plus experience using automation tools like Zapier or Tines.
• You’re the go-to for solving tough technical problems — providing Level 3 support and helping to resolve escalations with confidence.
• You know that good documentation matters and take pride in creating and maintaining internal knowledge bases and technical guides.
• You’ve been involved in multiple IT infrastructure or SaaS projects and understand how to contribute meaningfully in a project-based environment.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports & Gambling industry knowledge is advantageous
• Cryptocurrency industry knowledge would be advantageous
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira
