TechOps Engineer

We are seeking a TechOps Engineer to administer and support IT infrastructure across multiple countries. Responsibilities include network administration, working with cloud services, providing technical support and escalation, and interacting with suppliers for optimization. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability, sustainability, security, and compliance of automated business processes. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator or enterprise applications engineer, with extensive knowledge in identity and access management. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, and Atlassian is required, along with experience in device-based trust applications and MDM solutions.

Must Have

• 3+ years as systems administrator/enterprise applications engineer
• Extensive knowledge in identity and access management
• Customer-oriented thinking with owner mentality
• Advanced systems management using Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian
• Experience with device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Cloudflare)
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine)
• Ability to work independently and prioritize
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Advanced technical troubleshooting experience
• Fluent Russian

• Readiness to move to Serbia or another country

Tasks

• Network administration.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator/enterprise applications engineer.

• Advanced systems management skills using Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Atlassian and other SaaS solutions.
• Understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Cloudflare etc.).
• Excellent technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills.
• Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine).
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, ability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Advanced level of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Readiness to move to Serbia or another country upon agreement with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
• Fluent Russian.
