About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work.

You’ll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is perfect for someone who is highly autonomous, user centric, and thrives in 0→1 environments.

You’ll help us go from fast-moving MVPs to polished, scalable product — all while deeply rooting your work in clinicians needs.

What you’ll bring

  • Lead design for core product areas — from problem framing to polished execution

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap

  • Bring the clinician voice into the room — through research, usability testing, and systems thinking — and advocate for their needs across product decisions

  • Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity

  • Work scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters — sweat the details, but know how to move fast

  • Help us evolve our design system and shape design culture

You’ll thrive if you..

  • Have 5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products

  • Can navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences

  • Are a strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design — to product and business direction

  • You value clarity and precision in both your design and your communication

  • You’re excited about the potential of AI and eager to explore new UX paradigms in AI-first products

  • Thrive in early-stage, fast-moving teams

Nice to haves

  • Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must.

  • Experience working closely with LLMs or AI-driven features

What we’ll bring

  • Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth company

  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited paid time off

  • Company-sponsored annual retreats
