About The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Product Manager to drive innovation in our platform, expanding Prophecy’s capabilities in agentic AI, self-service data transformation, and governed cloud-native data engineering. You’ll work across back-end and front-end domains, shaping experiences for both highly technical users and business data experts.

This role is perfect for someone who’s been both a software engineer and engineering leader, and who thrives in cross-functional environments developing horizontal data management products at scale.

You Will

• Define and drive product strategy for new Prophecy capabilities, focusing on AI-native self-service and enterprise-grade governance.
• Own the product lifecycle: ideation, specification, design, development, go-to-market, and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams; leverage Figma for UI design and feedback cycles.
• Engage deeply with customers to understand technical challenges across data platforms and build customer-centric solutions.
• Drive product-led growth for both technical and non-technical users on platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
• Ensure tight integration with enterprise RDBMS systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) as part of modernization strategies.

Ideally You Would Have (Requirements)

• 5+ years in product management with ownership over technical SaaS or data infrastructure products.
• Prior experience as a software engineer and engineering manager/lead.
• Deep understanding of cloud data platforms (Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience designing front-end experiences, collaborating with designers using Figma, and validating UI with real users.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tools and concepts; ability to translate AI opportunities into practical features.
• Proven ability to build horizontal products that serve cross-functional data users in large enterprises.
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Experience with data transformation, governance, and pipeline management platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI adoption and analytics workflows.
• Passion for enabling diverse user roles (from data engineers to business analysts) to collaborate in governed environments.
