Job Description

Manychat is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Advanced Automations (Flow Builder), Broadcasting, and Channel Integrations. This role involves owning the core automation platform, including automation creation, messaging, and deep integrations with strategic channels like Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger. The GPM will shape how businesses design and automate complex workflows, unlocking reengagement opportunities. Responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting user research, and translating insights into product opportunities, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless experiences and drive Manychat’s growth in social commerce automation.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Understanding of multi-channel ecosystems (IG, TikTok, WhatsApp, Messenger)
Must Have:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead PMs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in SaaS, automation, or marketing tech domains
  • Obsessed with understanding users, the market, and the broader ecosystem, and translating insights into strategy and execution
  • Proven ability to initiate and deliver valuable capabilities that drive measurable customer and business impact
  • Technically fluent - able to read APIs, engage in technical discussions, and guide engineering teams through complex product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing speed, quality, and strategic impact
  • Strong product intuition with the ability to prioritize what matters most
  • Familiarity with building automation flows, third-party integrations, and serving power users
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align stakeholders internally and externally

You will shape how creators, ecommerce brands, local businesses, and agencies design and automate complex workflows, and unlock reengagement opportunities at scale.You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure we deliver seamless experiences for millions of users, while also building and maintaining strong collaboration with key platform partners. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on Manychat’s growth and the future of social commerce automation.# WHAT YOUʼLL DO 🚀* Own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Manychat’s Automations Flow Builder, Broadcasting, and Channel Integrations with platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, and future partners.* Conduct user research and analyze data to deeply understand the needs of advanced automation users across creators, ecommerce brands, agencies, and local businesses.* Translate customer insights into product opportunities and prioritize features that deliver measurable business outcomes.* Own success metrics such as automation usage, Value Added Conversations (VACs), broadcast engagement, and retention lift, iterating based on results.* Drive adoption, engagement, and customer success through new feature development and optimization.* Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, Data, and Partner Management to execute the roadmap effectively.* Coordinate with other product teams to ensure a seamless, cohesive user experience across the platform.* Act as the product lead for strategic partners, managing expectations and integration requirements.* Build and lead a high-performing team of PMs, guiding them on strategy, execution, and career development.* Foster a culture of product excellence, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making.* Lead hands-on product initiatives, especially those that are complex or highly strategic.# TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥* 7+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead PMs and cross-functional teams.* Strong background in SaaS, automation, or marketing tech domains.
