The MarTech Solutions Product Manager at Autodesk is crucial for aligning marketing objectives with technology. This role involves strategically implementing, optimizing, and managing marketing technology systems to enhance business performance. The manager will develop a comprehensive approach to marketing solutions across digital, territory, and ABM, driving outcomes and innovation. They will leverage deep product management knowledge, understanding consumer dynamics, business operations, and marketing/sales automation, collaborating globally with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Must have:
  • Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for MarTech platforms.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage MarTech tools like CRM, marketing automation, analytics.
  • Gather requirements and feedback for MarTech solutions from marketing and product teams.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of MarTech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and alignment.
  • Track and analyze effectiveness of marketing technology solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging MarTech technologies.
  • Finalize PRDs and success metrics with business stakeholders and engineering.
  • Write Epic definitions and backlogs.
  • Outline OKR definition and impact delivery.
  • Drive Legal risk review.
  • Create User Journey Flows and Persona Definitions with UX.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in managing marketing technology systems or Product Management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • Understanding marketing technology architecture, backend systems, data dependencies, and front-end interfaces.
  • Ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and drive technology adoption.

Position Overview

The MarTech Solutions Product Manager plays a critical role in bridging the gap between marketing objectives and technology solutions. This position is integral to driving the strategic implementation, optimization, and management of marketing technology systems to elevate business performance.

Your role is to build a whole and persistent approach to the way Autodesk develops marketing solutions in marketing (and sales) across digital, territory and ABM. You drive outcomes and paint the picture of what’s possible.

You will bring a deep knowledge and understanding of Product Management. You are a practitioner of product management. You understand consumer dynamics, business operations and marketing and sales automation. You will have direct experience working with business stakeholders and engineering teams spread out globally. You are a storyteller and can easily move from describing a technical requirement to an engineer to describing a business strategic concept to a director. You are comfortable prioritizing backlogs based on value and impact.

Responsibilities

  • MarTech Strategy & Vision: Defining and owning the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for MarTech platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals while enhancing customer experience
  • Technology Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and manage MarTech tools, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and data management systems
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with marketing teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for MarTech solutions
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Leading the design, development, and deployment of MarTech solutions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology with organizational objectives
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing technology solutions, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvements
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the MarTech space to continually drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
  • Finalize PRDs & Success Metrics, closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Write Epic definitions and backlogs

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 +Experience: proven experience (8+ years) in managing marketing technology systems and platforms or Product Management function, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding marketing technology architecture, backend systems, data dependencies, and front-end interfaces
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire innovation, and drive adoption of technologies
