Job Description

As a Product Operations Analyst at iManage, you will be crucial in driving the efficiency, alignment, and execution of the product lifecycle. You will act as the connective tissue between product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other cross-functional teams. Your role ensures that product strategy translates into seamless delivery and adoption. You will leverage technical acumen to design processes for feedback collection and develop actionable insights to shape products and services.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • JIRA and/or Target Process admin knowledge.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Must Have:
  • Lead and partner on product launches, ensuring readiness and delivering post-launch insights for positive customer and internal team experiences.
  • Own the enhancement request and feedback management process, collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Establish and manage product-related processes, workflows, and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop reports and insights to highlight customer needs, drive prioritization, and influence roadmap direction, tracking KPIs for new products, tech debt, and technology integration.
  • Equip Go to Market teams with visibility into product roadmap status and rationale.
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with other Operational Leads to ensure data, processes, and best practices are communicated across teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or program/project management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Analytics related field.
  • Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting tool), SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically, and holistically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate complex subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders on complex initiatives, influencing senior leaders.
  • Ability to be hands-on and proactive in evolving product strategy.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable frameworks.

Being a Product Operations Analyst at iManage Means…

You will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment and execution of the product lifecycle. Your role will be the connective tissue between our product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success and other cross-functional teams to ensure our product strategy translates into the seamless delivery and adoption of our products. You will use your technical acumen and knowledge to design and lead processes that ensure the right feedback reaches the right product teams and to help develop actionable insights that will help us to continually shape our products and services.

iM Responsible For…

  • Leading and partnering on product launches to ensure readiness and to deliver insights post-launch to ensure a positive experience for customers and internal teams.
  • Owning the enhancement request and feedback management process: collecting, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from customers, internal stakeholders and data sources to inform product strategy.
  • Establishing and managing product-related processes, workflows and documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Developing reports and insights to highlight customer needs, drive prioritization conversations and influence roadmap direction. Defining, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product roadmap delivery spanning initiatives for new products, tech debt, and technology integration.
  • Equipping our Go to Market teams with visibility into our product roadmap status and rationale.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying gaps in our processes and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborating with other Operational Leads to ensure that data, processes and best practices are communicated across different teams for operational efficiency.

iM Qualified Because I Have…

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management or program/project management
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Data Analytics related field
  • Proficiency in working with Python (or similar scripting tool), SQL & data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from qualitative and quantitative sources
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically and holistically across the organization

  • Experience with managing a variety of cross-functional stakeholders on complex initiatives; having to influence senior leaders across our internal teams

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
