Intro:
Entrata is seeking a Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of product features and functionalities. As a pivotal product team member, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the delivery team of UX designers, architects, and software developers to enhance the delivery experience for our clients, optimize logistics processes, and ensure the successful deployment of software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in being a product owner (SAFe 6.0) or product management, or a business analyst for a software product function, a deep understanding of agile delivery operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and execute the product roadmap for delivery-related features and functionalities, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
    • Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
    • Maintain product and team backlog by organizing and keeping development teams productive.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including software development and customer success teams, to prioritize delivery-related initiatives.
    • Relate to various persona of product users, appreciate the tasks to be achieved using the product and work closely with UX teams to capture related product feature requirements.
    • Elicit product and feature requirements, work with US based product leadership and global UX teams to groom user stories, to create detailed requirements for engineering teams
    • Study competing products and features, to identify industry needs and product evolution
    • Work closely with development teams to oversee the development, testing, and release of delivery-related features, maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness.
    • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on existing features and drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on delivery operations, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in delivery management and logistics.
    • Monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules.
    • Ensure product quality by consistently verifying features and major use cases throughout development and on production

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the software industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work split shifts, including evenings. 
    • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
    • Understand technical challenges and clearly articulate solutions to various stakeholders 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
