WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Product Partnership Manager (PRM) will act as the operational quarterback for our most strategic product partnerships - including with Meta, TikTok, and other platform partners. This person will be the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Support, ensuring that joint initiatives run smoothly, deliverables are met, and partner relationships are managed proactively and transparently.
The PRM will report directly to the Director of Product and serve as the operational arm of the partnership strategy - owning dashboards, deliverables, issue tracking, partner forums, and facilitating prioritization and decision-making by ensuring visibility into progress and roadblocks.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Strategic Partners Coordination
- Act as the primary operational liaison with key product partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok).
- Lead and own weekly partner sync calls: drive agenda, updates, issue discussion, and action items.
- Organize and facilitate quarterly partner workshops to align on strategic roadmaps, performance reviews, upcoming features, and shared goals.
- Maintain deep familiarity with partner roadmaps, APIs, integration constraints, and timelines.
Product Execution Tracking
- Own all product-related partnership deliverables: roadmap items, feature integrations, releases, API migrations, etc.
- Track and follow up on tasks across teams to ensure on-time execution and accountability.
- Escalate bottlenecks and highlight trade-offs where cross-functional decisions are needed.
Issue Management & Release Coordination
- Monitor, log, and coordinate resolution of partner-facing issues, including bugs, outages, and technical blockers.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support to ensure timely releases and updates to partner-dependent features.
- Provide partners with regular updates on issue statuses, releases, and technical changes.
Delivery Dashboard & KPIs
- Build and maintain a real-time partnership delivery dashboard to track the status of partner-driven product work.
- Define and track partnership KPIs, such as delivery rates, incident resolution times, adoption rates, and roadmap alignment.
- Provide regular reports and visibility to both internal stakeholders and partner teams.
Cross-functional Alignment
- Drive collaboration between Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, and Growth to execute on partnership initiatives.
- Ensure clear ownership, aligned timelines, and documentation for joint projects and integrations.
- Serve as the source of truth for the status of all partnership workstreams.
Decision Support to Product Leadership
- Serve as the operational hand of the Director of Product, enabling effective prioritization and decision-making on partner work.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into partner statuses, upcoming risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Reduce decision latency and escalation overhead by providing structured, accurate reporting and recommendations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience in product partnerships, technical program management, or partner operations, ideally in B2B SaaS, messaging, or platform companies.
- Skilled at running recurring partner forums: can lead weekly syncs, strategic QBRs, and alignment sessions with clarity and purpose.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills: manages complexity across teams, timelines, and dependencies.
- Clear, concise communicator - able to translate between product, engineering, and partner perspectives.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including how features are scoped, prioritized, and delivered in agile teams.
- Ability to understand product needs, assess technical feasibility and limitations, and evaluate impact on users and partners to inform prioritization, trade-offs, and support decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate between business, product, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with or managing technical relationships with major platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) is a bonus.
