In search of a motivated Production Coordinator to support our team! 

The Production Coordinator serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfill tasks for backend support to the Producer team.

The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is a detail-oriented and dedicated team player.  If you are interested in growing your project management skills in a fast-paced setting with a fun, supportive, agile, and prolific producer team, this is the job for you!

NOTE: This is for a temporary 6-month position in support of a large-scale, multi-language project. Candidates must be local to the Seattle/Redmond area.

As a Production Coordinator, You Will

  • Work closely with the team to determine crewing needs and secure crew, liaising with the Human Resources team and the resources
  • Document and track rates and booked dates for resources in our internal tracker
  • Support monthly reconciliation of financials for ancillary services rendered
  • Support of the Associate Producers in pre-production tasks, inclusive, but not limited to updating internal project tracking records/forms, coordinating catering for productions, supporting maintenance of call sheets for resources, and tracking/approving invoices 
  • Support in monitoring several email accounts, managing inboxes and calendars
  • Taking of meeting minutes in various meetings (supported by CoPilot)
  • Assist in basic scheduling of video production and editorial projects, as needed
  • Collaborate with the greater team to envision strategies to refine processes, documenting internally; supporting training others in tasks, as needed

 

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional administrative or production environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solution, compassionate and client-focused mentality

  • Initiative
  • Excellent spelling and grammatical skills
  • Available to work full time at 40 hours/week

Compensation 

Pay Range: $24.00 – $25.48 (Hourly) 

Benefits: 

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
