One Of Us is a visual effects studio founded in London in 2004 by co-directors Rachael Penfold, Dominic Parker and Tom Debenham.
With a dynamic team of over 350 highly skilled professionals, we take pride in pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling with experience in all stages of production, from concept through to planning, photography and post-production.
From breathtaking fantasy landscapes to gripping action sequences, our portfolio spans a diverse range of genres and award winning projects such as The Matrix: Resurrections, Under the Skin, Bridgeton and Mission: Impossible.
The Production Coordinator role at One of Us Coordinates the day to day running of our Roto/Prep and Matchmove department. You’ll report to the Global Head of Production and work most closely with the RPM Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the RPM Production Manager
Leading production rounds and dailies
Managing artists working to the RPM schedule, supporting them with briefs and materials
Liaising with Show Line producers and Supervisors, providing progress updates
Onboarding New RPM Starters
General department administration and calendar management
What we are looking for:
A dab-hand at Flow Production Tracking (AKA ShotGrid); and experience with the Google Workspace tools and environment
Comfortable working towards schedules, keeping track of where everything is up to
Good at problem solving and thinking strategically to help unblock schedule issues
Confident in managing the needs of multiple shows simultaneously
Happy bridging between multiple departments, a reliably great communicator
Experienced in deadline driven production or post production environments, familiar with VFX
Self awareness and a strength in collaborating with people, being supportive, personable, enthusiastic
Driven to make things better and proactively make improvements where you can
Infectious energy, focusing on results and having a positive impact on colleagues and clients.
Excellent attention to detail
All roles, including hybrid/remote opportunities, at One of Us require candidates to reside in the UK or France, depending on the location of the role, or must be willing to relocate for the duration of the contract. All candidates must disclose if they have an existing Right to Work in the relevant country, or would require sponsorship support, i.e. Visa.
