The Production Intern will assist with various aspects of film and television production, from pre-production to post-production, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Must have:
  • Assist with pre-production tasks, including script breakdown, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate logistics for shoots, including location scouting, equipment rental, and catering.
  • Support the production team during filming, including setting up equipment, managing props, and assisting with talent.
  • Assist with post-production tasks, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.
  • Organize and maintain production files and archives.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and legal, to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn and grow.
  • No prior experience required.
