Job Description
This role involves leading the implementation of CMII engineering changes for new and serial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D and plant departments. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth implementation by managing material availability, tooling changes, sample builds, and timely client deliveries, while maintaining compliance with client and internal procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in the production industry, particularly automotive, electronics, or electrical engineering, with a strong background in project management, quality systems, and IT, including MRP/ERP systems. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel.

Must Have:
- Implementing CMII engineering changes as a Change Implementation Leader
- Coordinating cooperation between project team (R&D) and plant departments for engineering changes
- Coordinating elements for smooth engineering change implementation (materials, tooling, samples, deliveries)
- Ensuring compliance of engineering changes with client requirements and internal procedures
- Coordinating information flow on engineering change progress and potential threats
- Experience in the production industry (automotive, electronic, or electrical engineering preferred)
- Experience in managing projects or engineering changes involving a large team
- Knowledge of quality systems and project management/problem-solving methodologies
- Proficiency in IT systems, including MRP/ERP systems
- Fluent English
- Ability to organize own work and team's work
- Willingness to travel on business
Responsibilities:
- Implementing CMII engineering changes as a Change Implementation Leader for new and serial projects.
- Coordinating cooperation between individual members of the project team (R&D) and individual departments of the plant for ongoing engineering changes.
- Coordinating all elements determining the smooth implementation of engineering changes: availability of new materials, tooling changes, sample construction, and timely deliveries to the client.
- Ensuring compliance of engineering change implementations with client requirements and internal procedures.
- Coordinating the flow of information regarding the progress of engineering changes and potential threats.
Requirements:
- Experience in the production industry (preferred automotive, electronic, or electrical engineering industry).
- Experience in managing projects or engineering changes involving a large team.
- Knowledge of quality systems and project management and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in IT systems, indicated experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of French or German will be an additional asset).
- Ability to organize one's own work and the team's work.
- Willingness to travel on business.
