We are seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead, control, and manage Professional Services projects from initiation through delivery for complex client engagements. This role involves building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining commercial responsibility for projects, and uniting internal and external technical and non-technical teams to meet targets. The goal is to deliver results ensuring technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project profitability, forecasting, identifying new revenue opportunities, effectively managing resources, and building cross-functional networks. The role also requires driving project execution to achieve customer success criteria, communicating strongly with remote teams, gathering requirements, and managing the scope, planning, monitoring, and execution of technical projects. It involves reporting progress to stakeholders, assisting with proposals, and managing risks and issues.
