Must have:

  • Establish and utilize statistical models
  • Lead demand and supply planning meetings
  • Prepare, report, and present Supply and Demand recommendations
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with Supply Chain Planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Develop short and long term supply and demand models that seek to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining/improving service levels.
  • Establish and utilize statistical models, processes, and software tools in evaluating supply chain’s ability to meet customer demand.
  • Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks, mitigation options, service level goals.
  • Prepare, report, and present Supply and Demand recommendations with models and logic to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain.
  • Drive product success by keeping accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, on- time delivery, inventory, excess and obsolescence, and material spend.
