The Etrelles site, a microelectronics center of excellence, is seeking a Project and Operations Security Manager (M/F) for its Support and Customer Services (CSS) domain. The role primarily involves managing activities for the certification and re-certification of classified test benches used by CSS1 Etrelles, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations. This includes conducting the certification process, developing compliance matrices, defining SI scope, implementing continuous security improvement plans, and managing security and certification maintenance.
Must have:
  • Manage activities for certification and re-certification of classified benches.
  • Maintain Cybersecurity level as per regulations.
  • Conduct the Certification Process (Strategy, file completion, SI Risk Analyses, SSI Audit, remediation plan, user awareness).
  • Develop compliance matrix for regulations and certification.
  • Map and define SI scope for certification.
  • Define and implement a Continuous Security Improvement Plan (CSIP).
  • Develop Security Condition Maintenance (MCS) and manage Certification Condition Maintenance (MCH).
  • Responsible for maintaining security of CSS1 Etrelles' IS from initial certification to decommissioning.

Your daily life

Located at the gates of Brittany, the Etrelles site is the center of excellence in microelectronics, bringing together development, production, integration, and testing activities. The site designs and manufactures microelectronic modules capable of operating in demanding environments as well as integrated electronic sub-assemblies.

The Support and Customer Services (CSS) domain is responsible for providing support services associated with the equipment and systems of Thales DMS companies. We are actively looking for our future Project and Operations Security Manager (M/F), integrated within the CSS domain, at our Etrelles site.

As Project Security Manager (PSM), your main mission is to manage, for the Industrial part, the activities leading to the certification and re-certification of classified benches used by CSS1 Etrelles, and also to maintain the Cybersecurity level at the required associated regulatory level.

Your missions as Project Security Manager (PSM) are as follows:

  • Conduct the Certification Process (Certification Process and Strategy, completion of the certification file, SI Risk Analyses, SSI Audit and remediation plan, awareness of end-users)
  • Develop the compliance matrix with regard to regulations and the certification process
  • Map and define the SI scope to be certified
  • Define and implement a Continuous Security Improvement Plan (CSIP)
  • Develop the MCS (Security Condition Maintenance) and Manage the MCH (Certification Condition Maintenance)

As Operations Security Manager (OSM): you are also responsible for maintaining the security of CSS1 Etrelles' IS from initial certification to decommissioning.

Your profile

Do you want to cooperate with different professions: SSI, Security Officers, Managers, project pilots?

Do you have the ambition to leverage your experience in industry and in the certification of complex systems?

Holder of an Engineering degree (or equivalent) specialized in IS/IT, you have the following technical skills:

  • Ability to manage the monitoring of certifications for a fleet of Test Benches
  • Ability to monitor and achieve set objectives
  • Technical curiosity: in order to eventually have a strong knowledge of DMS systems and products and the use of associated benches.
  • Technical aptitude for older systems (WIN98, WIN2000, WIN XP, WIN 7, WIN 10)
  • Knowledge in conducting certification standard IGI 1300
