Education: B.E /B.Tech/ Any IT degree
Experience: 2+ years   
Work Timings: 1 PM to 10 PM IST 
Work Mode: Work from office  

Position Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator
• Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint) to provide analytics, reports, and dashboards
• Experience in training and development process and best practices. Experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to coordinate in different time zones for USA, India, Nigeria, Mexico
• Experience in using JIRA and Confluence is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability and Willingness to learn new technologies and processes and adapt to a very dynamic and evolving environment
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements and deadlines within a fast paced, deadline bound environment

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing employee records on and off system
• Providing satisfactory resolution to queries from employees/stakeholders
• Scheduling training and orientations
• Managing and updating the internal tools for resource management and resource tracking
• Creating and updating dashboards
• Escalate issues or roadblocks to the head to minimize impact
• Help coordinate training sessions, workshops or any project-related events
• Prepare and distribute regular status updates and reports to stakeholders
