Project Manager

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in production progress management, regardless of industry or years of experience.
• Proactive individual who can independently plan and manage schedules, and involve stakeholders to advance projects.
• Over 3 years of professional experience.
• Educational background: Graduate school, university, junior college.
• Language proficiency: Japanese (required), English (required depending on position).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in some form of "monozukuri" (craftsmanship/production) such as game development, merchandise production, or editing.
• Experience in the game industry, especially in smartphone game development.
• Experience in project management or team management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Confident in coordinating and negotiating with various parties.
• Skilled in organizing information and sharing it clearly.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements for daily tasks.
• Proficient in document creation or comfortable with writing.
• Deep understanding of the role and importance of production progress management, and suitability for the job.
