Job Summary
Job Description
Senior 3D Character Modeler responsible for creating in-game character models based on concept art and designs. Directing outsourcing, quality control, and scheduling are key aspects. The role involves Unity implementation, look adjustments, and collaboration with animation, programming, and design teams. Modeling and workflow must consider animation rigs and game engine specifications. Experience with PBR workflows and NPR character modeling is essential.
Must have:
- 5+ years 3D character modeling experience in game industry
- At least one 0→1 game development experience
- Lead or senior character modeling experience
- Proficiency in Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop
- PBR workflow understanding
- NPR character modeling experience
- Unity implementation experience
- Vendor task management and quality control
- Git version control experience
Good to have:
- Shader and lighting knowledge
- Realism and stylized modeling skills
- Facial rigging and blendshape experience
- ZBrush sculpting skills
- Workflow optimization and tech development
- Rigging fundamentals
- Japanese & English bilingual skills

・コンセプトアートやデザインに基づいたゲーム内のキャラモデルの制作
・ディレクション、量産外注管理、品質コントロール、スケジュール管理
・Unityでのキャラの実装・ルック調整
・他部署（アニメション、プログラム、デザイン）と協力し、アニメーションリグやゲームエンジンの仕様を考慮したモデリングとワークフローの構築。
必須スキル
・ゲーム業界での3Dキャラモデリングの実務経験（5年以上）
・ゲーム業界において 少なくとも1タイトルの0→1開発経験 を有すること
・キャラモデラーリードまたはシニアキャラモデラーの実務経験
・Maya,BlenderなどのDCCツールの習熟度
・PBRワークフローを理解している方
・NPR（Non-Photorealistic Rendering）キャラクターモデルの制作経験
・Substance Painter / Photoshop を使用したテクスチャリング
・Unity などのゲームエンジンでの実装経験
・外部内部ベンダーのタスク管理、制作物品質管理のディレクション経験
・Gitなどのバーション管理ツールの使用経験

・リアル系・スタイライズ系いずれにも対応できるスキル
・キャラクターのフェイシャルリグやブレンドシェイプの制作経験
・ZBrushを用いたスカルプトスキル
