Job Description
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools)
- Experience with leading people
- Engage with Product Manager & System Architect for technical requirements.
- Collaborate with project leaders on program costing, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges.
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Support data gathering and analysis for program success.
- Ensure fluent coordination between teams.
- Currently a 3rd or 4th year Industrial & Management engineering student.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).
- Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Able to collaborate in a team and manage independent tasks.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager for a Student position to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is passionate about learning how to manage cross-functional teams in a global company. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Program Scope: Engage with Product Manager & System Architect to understand requirements and drive for Engineering Technical respond to it
- Program Cost/Schedule: Collaborate with project leaders to define program’s costing, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or challenges to ensure smooth execution
- Facilitate team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
- Support in gathering and analyzing data to measure program success and outcomes
- Accountable for fluent coordination between the teams as needed.
Basic Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year student in Industrial & Management engineering
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools) is an advantage
