The Project Specialist I will lead small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating Professional Services resources, managing schedules and deliverables, resolving customer issues, creating project plans and status reports, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role requires delivering projects under tight timelines, managing multiple projects, and supporting senior team members. The focus is to ensure customer projects achieve desired results and realize the full value of software and services. This includes project planning, schedule management, implementation team coordination, customer issue resolution, report generation, cross-departmental coordination, and client relationship management.
Must have:
  • Experience in customer-facing planning and delivery roles.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to qualify for CAPM certification within 18 months.
Good to have:
  • Ability to build relationships with clients at operational levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates collaborative partnership with stakeholders.

Purpose

We are seeking a Project Specialist I who is responsible for successfully leading small projects delivering Radiology and/or Cardiology Healthcare IT solutions.  The role will require coordination of Professional Services resources, schedule management of project deliverables, customer issue resolution, creation of project plans, status reports and project documentation, as well as cross-functional collaboration.  This role will deliver under tight timelines while managing multiple small projects and supporting senior team members for Intelerad’s Professional Services team. Additionally, this role will work to manage and oversee project financial management and successful project deliveries within time and budget.

The focus and mission of this role is to proactively ensure customer projects achieve the desired results at all stages of their journey with our products, realizing the full value of our software and services.

Responsibilities
Leadership

  • Assist in Project Planning for small projects
  • Schedule Management under guidance
  • Support Implementation Team Coordination
  • Assist with Customer Issue Resolution
  • Create and distribute status reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
  • Participate and guide cross-departmental coordination
  • Plan, update and execute project plans

Client Relationship

  • Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects
  • Foster trust in successful delivery of milestones that are essential to on-time and on-budget project completion
  • Initiate and manage the delivery of products and services under the supervision of leadership & senior project team members.
  • Prepare, manage and communicate key information on client projects on a regular basis to key stakeholders both internally and externally

Travel Requirements
This position requires up to 10% of travel, mainly throughout North America

Qualifications

Employment Prerequisites

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer facing planning & delivery related roles
  • Must be able to qualify for CAPM certification within 18 months of service

  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with internal management and other company personnel

The base pay for this position ranges from $56,250 per year to $65,000 per year within any geographic market in the USA. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered.  Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
