Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a PUBG Mobile Global PM. The role involves managing PUBG Mobile globally, overseeing IP brand management, and collaborating with partners. Responsibilities include researching industry trends, managing IP contracts, conducting brand reviews, and handling business operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a stable game environment and delivering enjoyable content. The role requires strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive results. The candidate will work with various departments and partners for the betterment of the game.
Must have:
- Understanding of the game industry and business.
- 7+ years of experience in the game industry (including research & analysis).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work strategically to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical skills to derive meaningful results from data/research.
- Ability to document insights based on research and analysis.
- No issues with overseas travel.
- Business-level English proficiency.
Good to have:
- High interest and understanding of the games/entertainment/tech industry.
- Experience in strategy consulting and/or the game industry.
- Chinese language proficiency.

PUBGM Product Management Dept. 조직은 팬 분들께서 안정적으로 게임을 플레이 할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고, 배틀그라운드 모바일 글로벌 버전 게임을 통해 즐거움을 느끼실 수 있는 콘텐츠 IP 관리와 파트너사 협업을 중점적으로 진행하는 조직입니다.
우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.
- 게임 산업 내 주요 트렌드, 장르, 경쟁사, 지역 퍼블리싱 전략 리서치 수행
- PUBGM IP 브랜드 관리 및 감독 (IP 계약 관리 , 글로벌 문화권에 맞춘 브랜드 검수 등)
- PUBGM 사업 운영 업무 수행 (월간, 분기, 전략 보고서 등)

- 게임 산업과 비즈니스에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분
- 게임 업계 재직 경력 7년차 이상(리서치 & 분석 경력 포함)
- 다양한 부서 및 내 파트너들과 원활하게 협업이 가능한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
- 전략적 사고를 기반으로 목적 및 목표 지향적으로 업무를 진행하시는 분
- 데이터 또는 리서치를 기반으로 유의미한 결과를 도출해낼 수 있는 분석력을 지니신 분
- 리서치 및 분석 기반 인사이트 도출 목적 문서화 능력을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
- 비즈니스가 가능한 영어 구사 능력
