For the problem-solvers. Not for everyone.

We’re for those who don’t just see problems—they break them down, rethink them, and build better solutions. This is a place for those who thrive in ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and push businesses forward.

If you’re someone who loves complex challenges, works fast, thinks critically, and wants to make a real impact, this is where you belong.

We’re for the strategic thinkers—the ones who don’t just accept how things are but imagine how they could be. For the determined, the resourceful, and those ready to shape industries.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our high-performing Public Sector Consulting team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.
We’re working for something bigger than ourselves. You’ll be proud to be part of it. Your job description:

  • Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms.

  • Co-shape the desired business, operating and organizational target state, through   understanding current and best practices, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities .

  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly .

  • Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations.

  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise .

  • Share and collaborate effectively with others, both inside PwC and with client teams.

  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.
We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics

  • 2+ years of work experience in a consulting firm.

  • Excellent comprehension and writing skills in Greek and English.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Outstanding organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with various organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.

  • Desire for continuous learning and development.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is important.

  • Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in the relevant fields.

  • Prior training, certification, or experience in project management.

  • Experience in managing co-funded projects.

BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.
We have created a circle of connection standing by each other, through every challenge and every win. What’s in for you:

✔ A hybrid working model and a competitive package that values your impact.
✔ An advanced office space designed for collaboration and innovation.
Fast-track career growth opportunities both globally and locally.
Well-being and balance through extra leave days, wellness initiatives, and professional development.

We’re not for those who:

Prefer predictable, routine work.
❌ Avoid thinking critically and challenging the status quo
❌ Like working in isolation instead of dynamic teams.
