The Supplier Quality Engineering team ensures component excellence, collaborating with various departments. As a Supplier Quality Intern, you will prepare sector indicators, interface with quality, production, logistics, and purchasing teams, and work with engineers on PPAP validation and assembly line defect analysis to identify root causes. You will contribute to revolutionizing how the world moves for future generations.

  • Analyze assembly line defects to find root causes.
  • Support the preparation, updating, and analysis of performance indicators for the Supplier Quality area.
  • Participate in meetings with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Engineering for action alignment.
  • Assist in the analysis of defects identified on the assembly line.
  • Support engineers in validating PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Monitor and organize technical documentation related to supplier quality.
  • Contribute to process standardization and internal procedure updates.
  • Use Power BI for creating dashboards and management reports.
  • Support communication with suppliers for non-conformity handling.
  • Participate in internal audits.

Who will you work with?

The Supplier Quality Engineering team is committed to ensuring the excellence of supplied components, working closely with the Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, PCP, Logistics, and Projects areas.

How will you make a difference?

As a Supplier Quality Intern, you will be responsible for preparing sector indicators, interfacing with the quality, production, logistics, and purchasing teams. You will also work together with supplier quality engineers on PPAP’S (Production Part Approval Process) validation and assembly line defect analysis, helping to find root causes.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Studying Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Mechanical, or similar area with expected graduation from 2027.
  • Intermediate Power BI knowledge
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Intermediate English.

What will your day-to-day be like?

  • Support the preparation, updating, and analysis of performance indicators for the Supplier Quality area.
  • Participate in meetings with areas such as Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Engineering for alignment of actions and improvement plans.
  • Assist in the analysis of defects identified on the assembly line, contributing to the investigation of root causes.
  • Support engineers in the validation of PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Monitor and organize technical documentation related to supplier quality.
  • Contribute to process standardization and updating of internal procedures.
  • Use Power BI to create dashboards and management reports.
  • Support communication with suppliers for non-conformity handling.
  • Participate in internal audits.
