Do you want to work on software that helps global businesses manage risk and make smarter decisions? Join our Nottingham-based Risk Intelligence Engineering team as we deliver solutions used by some of the world’s largest companies!
We’re looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and skilled UI-focused software engineers who thrive in agile environments, enjoy working collaboratively, and are eager to grow their expertise in modern front-end development.
You’ll be part of diverse development team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing and deployment—with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
As a Senior Software Engineer (UI),
You’ll take ownership of crafting and developing modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks such as React. You’ll apply your deep understanding of web application development to architect and implement user journeys that are both functional and user-friendly.
Work closely with product owners, designers, and engineers to shape solutions for Epics and deliver high-quality features. We believe in writing clean, maintainable code and supporting each other through code reviews, Test Driven Development (TDD), and continuous integration practices, so participating in theses are expected.
We value autonomy and shared responsibility, so you’ll be part of a self-leading agile team, actively participating in planning, estimation, and retrospectives. We foster an inclusive, open culture where everyone’s voice is heard, and we support each other’s growth through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
We also support other teams with our technical expertise and contribute to shared knowledge bases to ensure long-term supportability and reuse. We continuously invest in our skills—through hands-on work, certifications, and exploring new technologies—because we believe learning never stops.
A relevant degree is desirable, but we value hands-on experience, curiosity, and a proactive approach just as highly.
Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. If you're ready to take your career to the next level and make a significant impact, we'd love to hear from you.
