The Regional L&D Associate supports the L&D team in implementing learning programs across the region. This role involves managing training setup requests, creating events in the LMS, collaborating with course owners, and ensuring high-quality delivery of programs. The associate will also handle CPE credit confirmation and documentation, escalate out-of-scope requests, and develop an understanding of LoS training requirements. The position requires strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen aptitude for digital upskilling, working independently on multiple projects with attention to detail.
Must have:

  • Communicate logistics requests with Implementation Coordinator
  • Maintain repository for training setup request status
  • Work closely with L&D reporting and compliance team
  • Confirm CPE criteria, calculate credits, maintain documentation
  • Escalate out-of-scope training setup requests
  • Develop basic understanding of LoS training requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Details

The regional L&D Associate works as a team member with other members of the L&D team to effectively and efficiently implement various learning programmes across the region or within a particular territory.

This individual must remain cognizant of how L&D programmes fit within the broader context of the firm, Line of Service (LoS), and L&D priorities and must also ensure that assigned project tasks/responsibilities are delivered with high impact, high quality, and differentiated client service. The incumbent must be able to work with a high degree of independence to accomplish assigned responsibilities and to ensure that assigned project tasks/responsibilities remain on track and/or are escalated as appropriate.

  • Act as first point of contact for training setup requests
  • Review and input information from training set up request to create events and sessions in the learning management system (LMS)
  • Collaborate with L&D leads/course owners to clarify submissions, target audiences in particular
  • Proactively communicate with course owners to provide status updates and manage timing expectations
  • Communicate logistics requests with Implementation Coordinator
  • Maintain repository for training setup request to document process status
  • Work closely with the L&D reporting and compliance team to initiate and manage the review process
  • For courses requiring continuing professional education (CPE) credits, confirm all necessary criteria are met, calculate CPE credits, collect and maintain associated documentation and communicate when criteria are unmet
  • Escalate training set up requests that may be outside the scope of L&D to the LoS L&D Leads for review and approval
  • Develop basic understanding of various LoS training requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various staff levels.
  • Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Keen aptitude for digital upskilling.

The ideal candidate must also be able to

  • Work independently and proactively consult to resolve issues.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritization of time to complete projects /deliverables within established timeframes.
  • Develop and leverage the network of relationships with both territory and regional contacts – Human Capital, Business Services, and other L&D team members to accomplish goals.
  • Provide the attention to detail necessary to ensure quality output.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Apply and adapt skills to meet the needs of a fast-paced environment.

Minimum years experience required

  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience
