We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Process Transition Leader. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid position. The leader will oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition initiatives across Europe, setting strategic direction and ensuring successful execution. You will manage and mentor a team of transition managers, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will lead process analysis, develop business cases, and support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and organizational adoption.
Must have:
  • Lead and oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction
  • Manage and mentor a team of transition managers, driving high performance and development
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic plans, business cases, and ensure seamless execution
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence across regions
  • Engage with executive stakeholders, providing updates, resolving issues, and adjusting plans proactively
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes
  • Establish advanced reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor project impact and organizational readiness
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making through steering committees and cross-functional workshops
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale, multi-country transition projects within matrix organizations
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives
  • Fluent in English (C1)

The Regional Process Transition Leader will oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition initiatives across Europe, setting strategic direction and ensuring successful execution. You will manage and mentor a team of transition managers, collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational strategies, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

You will lead process analysis, develop business cases, and support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and organizational adoption. Managing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders, you will optimize operations, monitor progress, and report on project impact and organizational readiness.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and oversee multiple complex, multi-country transition projects across Europe and Mumbai, setting strategic direction.
