Job Description

This role is for a Regional Transformation Program Manager, leading impactful change and transformation projects across Haleon. The manager will coordinate with Global Process Owners to drive digitization, enhance business efficiency, and automate cross-functional operations within Haleon’s Capability Centre at Petaling Jaya. Key responsibilities include crafting project scopes, aligning resources, forecasting spend, developing timelines, conducting risk assessments, and managing budgets for sustainability reporting and project milestones.
Must have:
  • Coordinate with Global Process Owners for regional digitization.
  • Lead regional transformation projects.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Drive accountability for timely decision-making and execution.
  • Define project scope, strategy, resources, and spend forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish mitigation plans.
  • Communicate major business case changes to leadership.
  • 15+ years experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
  • Expertise in integrated business, supply, demand, and production planning.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive change with trust and credibility.
  • Highly motivated, agile, and adept learner.

  • Experience in project management with focus on supply chain transformation projects is preferred.

Reporting to the Planning Hub Lead for Wider Asia, your role will be key in crafting clear project scopes and strategies, aligning resources, and forecasting spend to ensure seamless execution. You'll develop comprehensive timelines, integrating key deliverables and market launch activities, while conducting risk assessments and establishing mitigation plans. Your keen eye for detail will ensure project accuracy, as you work closely with data owners and communicate significant changes swiftly to leadership.

With a focus on sustainability reporting and budget management, you'll align and deliver key project milestones, supporting relevant metrics and tracking project budgets with precision.

A day in the life

As the regional expert, you will:

  • Coordinate with Global Process Owners (GPO to energize the regional community through digitization, enhancing our business and efficiency.
  • Be the regional expert for transformation programs, responsible for leading transformation projects within the organization.
  • Lead and build cross-functional teams to meet objectives and ensure accountability.
  • Drive accountability in core teams to ensure timely decision-making, effective stakeholder communication, process adherence, contingency planning, and execution.
  • Ensure a clear project scope and strategy, align resource needs, and establish comprehensive spend forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive timelines with cross-functional input, integrating key deliverables and local market launch activities while considering dependencies and resource needs.
  • Facilitate your functional area's probability of success assessments to support portfolio pipeline activities.
  • Play a key role in developing proficiency in the process through identifying issues and driving resolution with guidance.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are in place for all projects.
  • Swiftly communicate major business case changes to leadership via the change control process.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • With at least a Bachelor’s degree, you have acquired at least 15 years experience with expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain processes, especially in integrated business planning, supply planning, demand planning and production planning.
  • Experience in project management with focus on supply chain transformation projects is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders across global markets and business units.
  • Proven ability to drive change with trust and credibility.
  • Highly motivated, agile & adept learning ability.
