Luxoft is seeking a Regular QA Automation Engineer to join a cross-functional agile team in digital banking. This role involves designing and developing high-quality automation solutions using the latest technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to all stages of software delivery, from analysis to production support, in a collaborative environment. Must Have:

Ability to plan, implement, maintain, and execute automated tests.
Develop, extend, and improve Test Automation tools and frameworks.
Provide input to project/release plans, defect/change management processes, and testing tools.
Identify areas of weakness in existing procedures and assess risk.
Assist the IT application team in achieving quality products by identifying defects early.
Ability to perform manual testing when required.
3+ years of experience in testing and support with minimum 1 year in hands-on Test Automation.
Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles, and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
Solid skills in Test planning, designing, and test strategy/case/script creation and execution.
Experience with integration & regression testing and coordination with supporting systems.
Knowledge of white/black box level testing, system and performance testing.
Experience with defect and change tracking, producing performance metrics.

##### Responsibilities

Ability to plan and implement the full set of test automation activities: create, maintain, and execute automated tests.
Develop, extend, and improve the existing Test Automation tools and test frameworks
Providing input to the project plan/release plan, defect/change management processes, systems integration, testing tools and processes;
Identifying areas of weakness to existing procedures, continually implementing new procedures, and assessing risk of impact from changes to projects;
Assisting the IT application team in achieving quality products by identifying defects and deficiencies early and providing feedback for continuously improving the development and testing processes.
Ability to perform manual testing when required.

##### Skills

Must have

Test Automation experience (unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, etc.)
3+ years of experience in testing and support with minimum 1 year in hands-on Test Automation.
Technology knowledge and expertise in:
Strong experience in software development processes, models, lifecycles and methodologies, with particular emphasis on Agile/SCRUM methodology.
Solid skills in Test planning, designing, and test strategy/case/script creation and execution.
Experience with integration & regressions testing and coordination with supporting systems.
Knowledge of white/black box level testing, system and performance testing of applications using industry standard practices and tools.
Experience with defect and change tracking, producing performance metrics.
