We are seeking an engaging Relationship Manager to interact with clients, focusing on market development and trading ideas. The Sales & Relationship Management department manages Private HNW Clients and Active Traders. The role involves client acquisition, activation, retention, and developing client relationships with Saxo. Responsibilities include acquiring new HNW clients and active traders, managing assigned client portfolios for growth and retention, participating in client events, communicating product updates, assisting clients with risk-related matters, ensuring clients can trade independently on Saxo’s platforms, and conducting account reviews.
Must have:
  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services
  • Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Work independently and manage tasks/time
  • Good team player
Good to have:
  • Possess CMFAS Module RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP
  • Additional languages are an advantage

The Sales & Relationship Management department manages Private HNW Clients and Active Traders and the Sales & Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the client interactions with Saxo with the purpose of acquisition, activation, retention of these clients and develop these relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new HNW clients and Active Traders

  • Manage assigned client portfolio successfully based on factors such as acquisition, growth, referrals, retention, reactivation

  • Participate in external client events and organize internal client sales and hospitality events

  • Assisting with communicating to clients about new product releases and/or changes to their account

  • Assisting the client with risk related matters e.g. margin increase, system changes etc.

  • Ensuring that new clients are able to trade independently on Saxo’s platforms

  • Conduct regular account reviews to grow their accounts

  • Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of a Relationship Manager are suited as directed by Saxo Capital Markets

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

  • Candidate who already possess CMFAS Module RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP or CM-CMP will have added advantage.

  • Strong understanding of Saxo’s products and services

  • Enjoy engaging with clients and colleagues

  • Able to speak fluently and write in English and additional languages are considered an advantage

  • Customer-service oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment

  • Work independently and manage task and time based on the given KPI’s

  • Good team player
