Reltio MDM Lead

The role requires a Reltio MDM Lead with over 12 years of experience in software development, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) and Information Management platforms. Responsibilities include defining data strategy and roadmaps for MDM and Data Governance, managing Data Steward processes, and performing system analysis. The candidate will participate in architectural discussions and be involved in data cleansing using various tools. Experience with MDM tools such as Collibra, Informatica, IBM, or Reltio is essential, with a preference for Informatica/Siperian. A deep understanding of MDM domains like Customer, Product, and Organization, including their data models, is expected. Proficiency in data profiling for match/merge rules, DQ, and hierarchy management, along with strong SQL skills, is required. Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, and integration middleware like Mulesoft is also needed. The role involves establishing Data Governance guidelines and best practices, managing large-scale databases, and understanding addressing and metadata standards. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills are crucial. Experience with hybrid integration architecture patterns, end-to-end data integration, CI/CD pipelines, agile delivery frameworks, and risk assessment with stakeholders is also part of the job.
