The Deep Learning Division at KRAFTON collaborates with various internal and external fields to provide AI solutions for diverse problems and develops its own services through deep learning technology research. The Data-centric AI Research R&D team focuses on improving data quality, which is crucial for effectively training deep learning models like Multi-modal Language Models, Voice Synthesis, and Vision & Animation.

Good To Have:

Outstanding research achievements related to Data-centric AI
Experience with data improvement pipelines for Multi-modal LLM training

Must Have:

Master's or Ph.D. in deep learning-related fields or equivalent research experience
Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.) or top-tier journals in related fields
Ability to lead research, quickly understand deep learning papers, and design experiments
Experience developing or working on projects related to latest deep learning models such as Transformer, Diffusion
Ability to quickly adapt to new domains
Excellent work communication skills
No disqualifications for overseas business trips

[Deep Learning Division Vision]

The KRAFTON Deep Learning Division collaborates with various internal and external fields to provide AI solutions for diverse problems and develops its own deep learning technology research to create unique services. The direction is broadly twofold:

Increase game production efficiency and universality through the development of deep learning technology that can assist in game production.
Develop CPC/LLM Agents that can play games with users.

[Data-centric AI Research R&D]

The Deep Learning Division is researching and developing deep learning models such as Multi-modal Language Models, Voice Synthesis, and Vision & Animation, which are necessary for the above vision. We are conducting research on improving data quality, which is the most important source for effectively training these models, as a key task.

[Culture Fit]

Members of the Deep Learning Division can interact and collaborate with team members from various fields through diverse projects, and propose creative ideas for various problems. An atmosphere that encourages free expression of opinions regardless of age or position is fostered. The team is composed of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and methods to overcome language barriers, such as interpretation and translation, are actively supported for active communication.

[Applied DL Research - Data-centric AI Team]

As a Research Scientist in the Data-centric AI Research Team, you will be responsible for the following:

Research on improving data quality for Multi-modal LLM training.
Research on improving data quality to enable LLMs to effectively solve agent tasks.
Research on improving data quality for training various generative models.

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

Master's or Ph.D. in deep learning-related fields or equivalent research experience.
Experience writing papers for top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, etc.) or top-tier journals in related fields.
Ability to lead research, quickly understand deep learning papers, and design experiments.
Experience developing or working on projects related to latest deep learning models such as Transformer, Diffusion.
Ability to quickly adapt to new domains.
Excellent work communication skills.
No disqualifications for overseas business trips.
