Your team

By joining our Czech team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a high-performance and enthusiastic software development team in a friendly and dynamic work environment.

You will have the occasion to get in contact with different NXP teams (system teams, hardware designers, customers engineers, etc.), give feedback, and propose solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and define software requirements at block, subsystem, and system levels.
• Design and implement embedded software in compliance with internal coding standards and industry best practices.
• Contribute to system-level validation and acceptance testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve codebase and development processes through feedback and learning.

Your profile:

• Embedded programming experience in C
• General microcontroller architecture know-how
• Debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software
• Experience with the software development processes and quality standards is an advantage
• A pragmatic person with own proactivity to solve the incoming issues, high independence level
• Willingness and ability to learn new trends
• Team player to keep excellent team spirit and information sharing
• Good command of English and communication skills

What can you expect?

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract.

Compensation: Besides attractive and market salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan and receive lunch vouchers, additional vacation days, sick days, and possibility to buy company shares with a 15 % discount. Roznov is an old spa town with a wide choice of very good restaurants thanks to the recreational town atmosphere and we have the time to enjoy our lunch sessions.
