WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Sales Advisor, your role will be crucial in providing a unique shopping experience to our customers. You will welcome customers, guide them in the store, and help them find what they need. Acting in accordance with our values, you contribute both to your own success and to the success of the company.

More specifically, you will:

• Share your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make the right choices.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to provide excellent service at every stage of the customer experience in the store, including promoting our customer loyalty program.
• Ensure that all floors and other areas of the store are always clean and tidy.
• Participate in the opening and closing of the store.
• Represent the Brand positively during all customer interactions.

Our stores are the heart of our company, where customers first get to know our brand. As part of the dynamic store team, every role—from Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers to Cashiers—contributes to creating a pleasant and inspiring environment. Additionally, you will be in contact with your area's Area Team to share information and achieve your goals together. Together with your team, you will play an important role in helping customers express their personality with the latest trends and timeless style. By building meaningful relationships with customers in our stores, we will together make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.

Additional Information
