As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You will support customers during their store visit and help them find suitable products, presenting our offer. You will collaborate with a dynamic store team, sharing insights and achieving common successes, helping customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles.

Must Have:
  • Sharing knowledge about fashion and products and supporting customers in making the best decisions.
  • Collaborating with the team to provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer's store visit.
  • Ensuring proper product condition and order on the sales floor.
  • Assisting with store opening and closing.
  • Building a positive brand image during customer interactions.
  • Actively promoting the loyalty program to make shopping not only a pleasure but also a benefit for customers.
  • Enjoy helping others, interested in fashion or retail.
  • Want to develop in dynamic and diverse teams where cooperation is key.
  • Are communicative, creative, curious about working with new technologies in stores, motivated to learn and develop.
  • Are flexible and action-oriented.
  • Communicate fluently in Polish, also in contacts with customers and the team.
