WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales Consultant, your role will be significant in providing a unique shopping experience to our customers. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need. Acting in accordance with our values, you contribute to both your own success and the company's success.
More specifically, you will:
- Share your knowledge of fashion and products to help customers make the right choices.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to provide excellent service at every stage of the customer experience in the store, including promoting our customer loyalty program.
- Ensure that all floors and other areas of the store are always clean and tidy.
- Participate in the opening and closing of the store.
- Represent the Brand positively during all customer interactions.
