The Sales Manager (English, Arabic) at Google will manage and motivate a team, delivering against business goals and metrics. Responsibilities include coaching on business strategy and implementation, identifying process improvements, analyzing data and client performance, and developing customer plans. The role requires fluent English and Arabic communication to manage client relationships in the MENA region. Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative business, business development, or IT, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in building relationships with internal/external stakeholders in business delivery/client engagement and partner management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market.
  • Experience in organizational and project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams with the ability to help account managers to prioritize and build relationships across different sites.
  • Ability to initiate and execute cross functional projects.
  • Ability to synthesize results, draw conclusions and convert them into business opportunities with excellent numbers and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against assigned business goals and overall business metrics.
  • Manage, inspire and motivate a team of client-facing and Google employees and act as a role model for your team by pitching opportunities to the customers.
  • Coach on business, implementation and measurement to ensure that quarterly goals are met by ensuring that plans are in place and that recovery plans are implemented if required.
  • Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices across both local and in-country Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance and develop plans for customers. Ensure that quarterly regional plans and regional business plans are in place.
