Job Description

Rolls Royce Solutions Türkiye is seeking a Sales Specialist in Istanbul. The role involves providing technical solutions to customers, preparing cost/price calculations, developing customer relationships, organizing sales activities, and conducting market research for Power-Gen Diesel products. The specialist will also participate in promotional events and adhere to Rolls Royce Power Systems standards.
Must have:
  • Providing the most suitable technical solution to the customers: understand business needs, collect technical and price information, challenge the proposed solution
  • Preparing corresponding project cost/price calculations
  • Developing the customer relationship and follow-up competitor activities throughout delivering technical presentations, participating to define customer’s needs
  • Organizing the sales activities and making market research in line with the product range
  • Making the sales of all products within the product range of RRPS for Power-Gen Diesel
  • Carrying out the necessary works to participate to fairs, exhibitions, symposiums for promotion purposes
  • Working with Rolls Royce Power Systems standards and ethical principles
  • University degree
  • Having at least 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP applications

Job Details

As being one of the core brand of Power Systems, the company is equipped with the experience of more than 100 years on productions of diesel engines, manufactures and improves complete drive systems, Gas and Diesel Systems and their control / monitoring systems in wide range of product types and power ratings for heavy vehicles and equipment for construction and mining industry.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist whom has the following qualifications:

Key Accountabilities

  • Providing the most suitable technical solution to the customers: understand business needs, collect technical and price information, challenge the proposed solution,
  • Preparing corresponding project cost/price calculations
  • Developing the customer relationship and follow-up competitor activities throughout delivering technical presentations, participating to define customer’s needs.
  • Organizing the sales activities and making market research in line with the product range
  • Making the sales of all products within the product range of RRPS for Power-Gen Diesel
  • Carrying out the necessary works to participate to fairs, exhibitions, symposiums for promotion purposes
  • Working with Rolls Royce Power Systems standards and ethical principles.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Having at least 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English
  • Team player, self-motivated, result oriented
  • Problem solver and analytic minded
  • Strong relationship and high communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP applications
