Job Description

The Sales Specialist, Other Languages role involves managing a client portfolio, prospecting new clients, negotiating terms, and leading presentations. This hybrid position requires remote work and client visits in the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo regions. The ideal candidate will drive business growth and contribute to improving commercial processes. The role requires strong sales skills and regular travel.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years as a sales representative or account executive
  • Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques
  • Ability to deliver business presentations independently
  • Intermediate proficiency in CRM tools and Excel
  • Strong time management and goal-setting skills
  • Valid Driver’s License (CNH)
  • Availability for travel as required by the role
Good to have:
  • English and Spanish – A2 level

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our Other Languages Sales Department, focusing on Spanish, Italian, German, and French-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in sales and negotiation, strong account management skills, and the ability to implement innovative commercial strategies.

This is a hybrid position, combining remote work from home with external client visits. The role will cover the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Espírito Santo regions, requiring regular travel to engage with clients and drive business growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage an active client portfolio, fostering retention and market expansion.
  • Conduct proactive prospecting of new clients in strategic territories.
  • Negotiate terms, commercial conditions, and oversee deal closures.
  • Independently lead technical visits, meetings, and presentations.
  • Provide insights for improving commercial processes.
  • Directly participate in and act at customer prospecting fairs.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).
  • Minimum of 2 years as a sales representative or account executive.
  • Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques and sales funnel management.
  • Ability to deliver business presentations independently.
  • Intermediate proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
  • Strong time management and goal-setting skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License (CNH).
  • Availability for travel as required by the role.

Desirable                           

  • English and Spanish – A2 level.
