Job Description
- Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application/System Architect, Integration/Data Architect)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture (TOGAF)
- Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce tools like Einstein AI
- 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery
- Experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
- Skilled in API integrations, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Integration experience is essential
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governance and multi-cloud strategies
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English

About the Role
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical strategy, and drive adoption across the organization
It's a contract role for 6–12 months.
Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions
Integration & Data Strategy: Lead integrations with APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and cloud platforms
Technical Leadership: Guide developers, admins, and business stakeholders
Security & Governance: Ensure compliance with security frameworks and data governance
CRM Optimization: Improve processes and automation within the CRM
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner across functions to ensure adoption and success
Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce advancements, AI tools, and best practices
Essential knowledge, skills & experience:
5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution delivery
Experience across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
Skilled in API integrations, middleware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Integration experience is essential.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governance and multi-cloud strategies
